Cleaning my oven for first time since I got new whirlpool microwave (midel#WMH31017FW) and all of a sudden fan comes on and we can't turn it off. We thought our house was burning down or something and almost called the fire dept. other thing operating this machine is extremely complicated. Hate looking on the inside to see what numbers to punch before waving anything. Want my old simple microwave back

This microwave giving trouble from Day 1. Turn Table motor burned twice and part cost is $75. Unbelievable. Wrote an email to Whirlpool_Reviews and copy to their executives. Frustrating.

The only thing I don't like is the fan coming on automatically when there is too much heat from the stove below it. The touch pad takes a very firm touch to operate it.
