Microwave worked great for 8 months. After that it would over cook anything you put in it. I continued to work with it another 2 months and no improvement. Called service and they came out and changed some parts, but did not fix. Had repairman cook a potato to show what it would do, dried up lump. He mentioned he needed to get back to Whirlpool, they told him I need to put small cup of water with potatoes to help sensor. Overlooks any vegetable, popcorn, anything that uses sensor. Seriously, need to insert cup of water any time we use it.

This is a very attractive piece, yet their placement of the only shelf inside is confusing. With my old model, I could easily heat a quick cup of coffee without removing the shelving. Not so with this model...and it only has one shelf level not 2 like my Frigidare.
