Looks good but very noisy

Range was installed 2 months ago and looks good. The oven works fine however the induction range makes quite audible clicking and buzzing noises non-stop at all temperatures but high, when you get the expected humming. The various induction cook tops we researched at the showrooms did not exhibit this trait. I have asked other induction owners and they do not experience this phenomenon. Factory service has replaced the control board once but it has not relieved the issue. Customer chat support relayed that this is expected behavior . Shame on me for not researching this product better and relying on the positive comments of reviewers . If you enjoy constant clicking and buzzing of your burners while cooking, this range is the one for you. Please view the video attached. The noise is actually louder in person as my cell phone was some distance away from the range.

If you don't lace anything warm to hot on the top burner surface it will incessantly beep to indicate some hot is still on the cooktop. Annoying. If you cook something on call ok too then take the of burner then try to heat again, the cooktop will lock you out. Also the oven seems to run hot and frozen pizzas for example overlook when following box instructions. When taking items from oven and placement ng on cooktop to cool, I have scratch the stainless steel oven panel on the horizontal side. Scratches easily and looks worn after a few uses

I've been thoroughly enjoying this stove. At first I was nervous about induction cooking, but it is so easy to use (and clean) that I wish I hadn't waited so long to try it. A true pleasure to cook on.

There is a bit of a learning curve with the induction cooktop, but I already love it and am sure I will like it more and more as I use it more and more. I've used convection oven before and am amazed at how quiet this one is--no fan noise! And, I baked 3 loaves of bread that came out perfectly browned and done in the middle. Not the case with my last convection oven. I also love the way it look, but most importantly the way it performs.

I bought my stove one month ago and I am amazed! Before finding this stove, I had thought I was going to have to install a gas line in order to get a really good stove. Also, I primarily use cast iron cook ware. So when I saw this stove, learned I could use all of my cast iron, and did not have to install a gas line I was thrilled. The first evening I had it I cooked filet mignon steaks for my family, and we were all amazed. It seared the meat perfectly, and was as good as any restaurant. The oven is also wonderful. (I have not used the baking drawer yet.) I am a good cook and baker, and look forward to pushing my skills with so many new options. I am very blessed to have such a high quality appliance!
