Bought my microwave few months ago love it easy to operate. Not a fan of stainless steel so this has more white with little stainless looks very sleek

I haven't had a lot of opportunities to use this yet, however it has a few things that this great-grandmother has a bit of trouble with. The directions on how to have the timer ring louder are about 'as clear as mud' to me. It is set so low that it is hard to hear it in the normal world in a kitchen in use. The manual as a whole is not too helpful. If the 'user manual' was written in a manner similar to the manual for installing the microwave, it would help--but that is only this grey haired ladies' opinion. Give me a little time and I may get there--

Big improvement over my old microwave. I haven't tried steaming but it's great having a small oven available when I don't want to use my range. The microwave is easy to use and it tells you how to operate it.
